Our Story

Designer William Everett's sense of adventure led him to the Dominican Republic in the early 1970's where he fell in love with the beautiful Caribbean island, it’s people, culture, and unique treasures.

In 1976 William and wife Rosemary began creating an original collection of fine jewelry, emphasizing these treasures; the beauty of the native Dominican amber, larimar and the rarity of Spanish coins from the 17th century shipwrecked galleons. With time, their collection evolved to include exotic colored gems, pearls, and diamonds all elegantly mounted in 18K gold.

Casa de Campo , a luxury resort, was built in the early 1970’s. William and Rosemary were asked to open a workshop and store in Altos de Chavón, an artist and craftsman village within the property.

The store has been in business for over 30 years and welcomes the resort’s world-wide clientele which includes many well known personalities, from Barbara Walters to Elizabeth Taylor.
