We understand that it can be difficult to know if the item you chose is just right until you see it in person. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, standard orders of in-stock merchandise are returnable within seven (7) days of delivery . The jewelry pieces must be returned in a new and unused condition, including all packaging and materials contained in the original shipment. No returns are allowed for custom orders or pieces that have been altered in any way including sizing. We will not accept for return any merchandise that show signs of wear, use, or alteration. All returns must be requested within seven (7) days of receipt, in writing, prior to shipping. There will be no exceptions. No returns or exchanges after seven days of delivery for any reason. Return shipping charges and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Please return merchandise with the above requirements via USPS that is prepaid, insured and traceable to the following address:

Shipping
Everett Designs will ship in stock items within 3-7 days from receipt of order. You will be notified via email that we have received your order and another email with tracking information when your order ships.
Everett Designs preferred shipping method is USPS Express Priority Mail (1-2 days) insured . You may request UPS or Fedex. A signature is required upon delivery. Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to ship internationally. If you do wish to place an order, and reside outside the US please contact us by email, info@everettdesigns.com .
